Systems Survey – A Computerized Nutritional Analysis

COMPUTERIZED HEALTH ANALYSIS

Nutritional deficiencies and improper diet can be the cause of, or contribute to, many health problems such as tiredness, chronic fatigue, respiratory problems, digestive troubles, high cholesterol, heart problems, depression, hyperactivity and many other chronic health issues. Proper nutrition and diet will bring about a more optimum state of health – a state of WELLNESS where you FEEL GOOD and look good too.

What is the Computerized Health Analysis?

The Computerized Health Analysis utilizes a Systems Survey containing 212 questions.  These questions relate to specific organs, glands and functions of your body. The survey data is entered and then analyzed by sophisticated computer software. This program identifies problem areas and provides recommendations for specific supplements which would be beneficial to appropriately address those problem areas that are identified.  This computerized analysis helps to more efficiently target your supplemental requirements, thereby helping to avoid wasting money on unnecessary vitamin supplements utilized in a “shotgun” approach.

Complete the form below to register for taking the Systems Survey online.  When we receive your registration during our regular business hours we will enter your information into the software and then send you an e-mail.

You will then receive that e-mail message with an attachment that provides you with your USER Name and PASSWORD plus instructions on how to complete the Systems Survey.

All of our patients are all directed to complete this Systems Survey as a part of their initial evaluation. If you are not yet nor have been a patient of the Rehrig Chiropractic & Wellness Center we will e-mail you your health score that results from the survey.  If you wish to discuss your results, you may make an appointment to come in to our office for a FREE CONSULTATION.
